At emmaomnails, all services and products are carried out with care and professionalism. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, fixes, and returns are handled.

1. Refunds for Services

Due to the nature of beauty and nail services, refunds are not offered once a service has been provided.

We do not offer refunds based on:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference of shape, length, or design after the service is completed

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

2. Fix Appointments (48-Hour Guarantee)

If you experience an issue with your nails within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact us.

Eligible issues include:

  • Lifting within 48 hours

  • Breakage not caused by trauma

  • Product defects

  • Top coat peeling

  • Design faults

If the issue qualifies, we will arrange a free fix appointment at the earliest availability.

Issues reported after 48 hours, or caused by external damage, may incur a charge.

3. Nail Breaks & External Damage

Breaks caused by:

  • Banging/trauma

  • Picking or biting

  • Incorrect aftercare

  • Work or lifestyle factors

are not eligible for free fixes.

Repairs for external damage may be charged as per the repair pricing list.

4. Booking Fees

Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including:

  • Changing your mind

  • Cancelling your appointment

  • No-shows

  • Being late

  • Dissatisfaction with the finished look

Booking fees secure your appointment time and cover loss of income in the event of cancellation.

5. Refunds for Products

If products are sold in the salon:

Refunds or exchanges are only available for:

  • Unopened, unused products in their original packaging

  • Faulty or defective items, as required by Irish consumer law

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Items damaged after purchase

  • Items without proof of purchase

6. Allergies & Sensitivities

Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before the service.

If an allergic reaction occurs:

  • Refunds are not offered

  • A removal may be offered if needed

7. Disputes

In the rare instance of a dispute, we will always aim to resolve the issue professionally and fairly.
However, chargebacks made without contacting us first may result in refusal of future appointments.
