Welcome to Emmaomnails. By booking an appointment, using our website, or contacting us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Emmaomnails, based in Bandon, Co. Cork, Ireland.

By booking a service, you confirm that you are:

  • 16 years or older
    (We do not provide nail services to anyone under 16.)

2. Appointments & Bookings

2.1 Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
This fee is deducted from the final cost of your service when you attend.

2.2 Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
Your booking fee will transfer to the new appointment only when proper notice is given.

2.3 Arrival Time

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your appointment or require rescheduling, depending on availability.

3. Payments

We accept:

  • Cash

  • Card payments

Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings remain at the price listed when booked.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

4.1 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

4.2 No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us:

  • You will be charged the full price of the service booked

  • Your booking fee will be forfeited

  • Full payment must be made before any future bookings are accepted

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of further appointments.

5. Refunds & Fixes

5.1 Services

Refunds are not offered for services.
If you experience any issues with your nails, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and, if appropriate, arrange a fix appointment.

5.2 Products

If products are sold, returns are accepted only for unused, unopened items unless required by Irish consumer law.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities

  • Follow aftercare instructions

  • Attend appointments with nails in an appropriate condition for treatment

  • Treat the salon environment respectfully

We reserve the right to refuse service for health, hygiene, safety, or behavioural reasons.

7. Health & Safety

We follow strict hygiene standards, including sterilised tools, clean workspaces, and safe disposal of single-use items.
Services cannot be performed on nails showing signs of fungal infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions.

8. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to damage the site.
All content (images, text, branding) belongs to EmmaOmNails and may not be copied without permission.

9. Personal Data

We handle all personal information in accordance with GDPR.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website may link to third-party platforms such as Wix, Instagram, and payment providers.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or accessibility of external sites.
